How we work

Initial consultation & fee proposal

We offer an initial free consultation and during this meeting we would normally define:

• The project brief

• Identify your ideas

• Discuss possibilities 

We would then provide a clear itemised scope of services and fee proposal, clearly defining the stages of work and timescales.

Concept / feasibility design

At this stage we would produce:

• Sketches

• Design options

• Visuals

• Establish design timescales

• Pre-application advice requirements / Outline Planning

We would then define the preferred option, or a combination of them for further development. 

Developed design and planning

This would involve the development of the 'preferred' option to:

• Produce a full set of preliminary drawings

• Identify Planning further requirements 

• Prepare and submit Planning Applications

Technical Design & Building Regulations

This normally comprises:

• Develop architectural design and specifications

• Coordinate structural and engineering design

• Submit for Building Regulations approval

Construction Support

• Support during construction works on site

• Monitor programme and budgets

• Compliance with specifications and quality of works
